You will learn how leadership values have been interpreted in the Finnish environment and how they manifest in everyday workplace interactions.\nThe keynote speaker will discuss commonly proclaimed ideals – such as trust\, equality\, and autonomy – and how these values have or have not shaped leadership practices in Finland.
